Congratulations Manny Pacquiao

Congratulations to Manny Pacquiao not only for defeating Antonio Margarito but by sending a message that “Boxing is not for killing each other”.

I wish that the last fight of Pacquiao will be here in the Philippines so that his countrymen can watch him live and I hope to be able to shoot his last fight!

Unilab ActiveHealth Bloggers Meet

I attended the Unilab ActiveHealth Bloggers Meet Event last Thurs, October 14 at Casa Armas in Podium as a representative for one of my blogs, Marathon Philippines.

It was nice to meet other bloggers and see the faces behind those blogs. It is great that companies like Unilab is helping promote health, fitness and having an active lifestyle for the whole family. I hope my whole family would be able to enjoy these kind of events in the near future.

Impromptu 10.10.10 Wedding

I was just supposed to shoot houses and condominium units today, but had an impromptu wedding shoot this 10.10.10 (I already stopped shooting weddings since January this year, read it here – 5 Things I’ll Miss in Shooting Weddings)

No coordinator, no priest, no photographer/videographer for the wedding of Dennis and Ginalyn (Coordinator did not arrive along with the other suppliers they were supposed to book), although they already got a priest to officiate the ceremony, and since I was just in the neighborhood to shoot some real estate properties, I volunteered to take their wedding pictures even though I only arrived at the end of the ceremony. (It was my first time to shoot a wedding wearing a black shirt, jeans and rubber shoes plus I only had one lens, an ultra-wide lens)

Despite everything that happened to the couple, it was a happy wedding and I am glad to have been a part of it. I know God put me here today for a reason, I don’t usually bring my flash but I brought one today and the actual shoot was supposed to be on Monday but was moved today on short notice.
